What promises to become the biggest event in the history of AliExpress – the 11.11 Big Sale – is around the corner, and the enterprise itself prepares for it by updating their affiliate commission structure and cancelling geo differentiation by category, starting October 10th.

In a week already, we’re going to enjoy the following worldwide commissions:

• 3% mobile phones & other electronics
• 9% accessories and clothing
• 7% other commissionable categories

We’ll add the full list to offer description – or can share upon request.

Now this might not seem like much of an upgrade at a first glance but check out the sweet bonuses the new commission structure entails:

• Cookie lifetime is now going to be 3 days instead of 1 session
• Non-affiliated products are now commissioned at regular rates (boost your numbers by at least 25%)
• Starting from Oct 15th, coupon codes and add-to-cart features are going to be available
• 1st click attribution for the period of Oct 15th through Nov 11th – meaning that even if the user you drove to Aliexpress didn’t make a purchase right away but just added the desired products to cart (or used a coupon) through your link, you’ll still get credit for that!

On top of that, Aliexpress is going to offer an Individual 4% GMV bonus program for selected publishers on 11.11 – please let us know if you’d like us to nominate you and we’ll share more info on the subject ;)
