ClickDealer Legendary Meet-Up 2015 Recap
December is halfway through and chilly breezes have started to turn into full-on blizzards, leaving the ClickDealer team gripping coffee mugs and reminiscing of the warmer times. Join us on a trip down memory lane as we recap the great times we had during the Legendary ClickDealer Meet-Up on Mykonos.
Upon arrival, we were awestruck by the sheer beauty of the island. The small buildings of white stone lining the shore made it seem like time itself had passed Mykonos, creating a cradle of true bliss away from civilization’s troubles.
The landscape was truly something to admire, and countless pristine terraces each opened up a view that no painter would shy away from.
After taking it all in for a while and scouting around for commodities, we moved on to have dinner at the main villa.
Chef performed miracles that evening, serving up dishes that could make Odysseus’ ship turn around.
Feasting on ambrosia and nectar while watching Mykonos bay slowly light up made a perfect wrap for that evening.
The next day we all got on a boat and went to conquer the Aegean Sea. The weather turned out to be perfect, so the whole afternoon was spent out in open water, jumping into crystal clear waves and downing ice cold beers. Poseidon was kind that day, leaving us replenished and tanned, ready for the wild night with Dionysus.
And the night was wild indeed. We didn’t fiddle around and went straight for Cavo Paradiso. If anything can be said about that club is that it has been played by Armin Van Buuren, Fatboy Slim, Bob Sinclair, and the list goes on.
Legendary club for a legendary meet-up; it absolutely lived up to the hype. Heavenly sounds, top grade alcohol and clouds of smoke took us straight to the top of Mt. Olympus and we barely managed to get everyone down by the next morning.
The smell of freshly brewed coffee marked the beginning of the last day of our adventure. Nammos Beach n’ Bar provided the best environment possible; light trance playing over the crashing waves as we were trying to recount the events of last night. And so we have spent the best part of the afternoon lazing around with Corona Extras, sea breeze blowing away smoke from the most delicious hookah anyone has ever tasted along with all of our troubles.
Coming back to the villas in the evening, we were greeted by another extraordinary dinner. Beautiful scenery, flawless catering and a tight circle of close friends discussing future ventures over the finest Greek vine – a truly cathartic experience at the end of the trip. So cathartic, in fact, that some participants had trouble getting up for the flight.
One thing is certain – the island will not forget the ClickDealer crowd and we will never forget the island.
That’s pretty much how it all went down and this experience will stay with us forever. However, as always, we have something bigger up our sleeve for the next time, so stay tuned and you might see it for yourself!
